Following on from the success of our Gin Bar we have made a few adjustments and created a whisky cart. Entirely portable our whisky bar for events is perfect for a whole range of occasions such as private parties, exhibitions, corporate events, weddings – as well as a whole host of outdoor events.
Our whisky bar for hire was called in for a private event involving around 200 guests at a residence in Surrey. As the client was a whisky lover, the whisky cart provided an exquisite selection of the World’s best whiskys including a 10 year Laphroaig and a 12 year Mortlach. With a stylish rustic design the whisky bar for events is full of character and more importantly, whisky – lots and lots of whisky!
If you opt for the whisky bar for hire you can choose up to 10 whiskys from around the world, as well as a selection of mixers and/or waters. And because we like to spoil you will also receive a selection of shortbread or another food that pairs well with your whisky of choice.
Customise your drink from start to finish, simply approach our whisky-tender, choose from our selection of hobstar crystal cut glasses, opt for a ball of ice or ice of a different shape or size carved straight from the block, pick your whisky and finally your choice of mixer or water. This particular client decided to go for a selection of premium whiskys as well as very high quality bottled water from the Scottish Highlands.
As previously mentioned, our whisky cart can come supplied with one or two whisky-tenders, who will be able to answer your questions on a whole range of whiskys as well as discuss with you the different flavour combinations that will taste best. Ensuring authenticity even our whisky-tender is a Scotsman and can don a kilt if preferred. Beware though, he wears it in the traditional manner!
We provide everything that is needed to keep the whisky bar up and running throughout the event including ice, food pairings, glassware and of course, the whisky. If whisky is not to your taste however, we can also offer a Gin and a Rum Bar.
