Oxted is a beautiful town on the Surrey-Kent border in the South of England and recently played host to a fantastic private party and our very popular mirrored mobile bar (pictured above). The mirrored finish on furniture and the like, has been on a solid comeback since 2014 and naturally we have also seen a rise in popularity for our own mirrored mobile bar, with the style back on trend!
Oxted is a town and civil parish in the Tandridge District of Surrey, England, at the foot of the North Downs north of East Grinstead and south-east of Croydon. Oxted is a commuter town and its main developed area is contiguous with the beautiful villages of Limpsfield and Hurst Green. A fantastic place for a day out, Oxted is home to one of the last remaining annual Pram races (although we are quite sure there are no babies in these Prams at the time of racing!) and also the locally popular Oxted beer festival.
Although we have other mirrored mobile bar’s which can be used to form all sorts of different shapes – our private guests opted for our 4m long, straight mirrored mobile bar – set up underneath a gazebo, just in case it rained! The mirrored mobile bar was to act as a focal point out in the garden, for guests to congregate around and receive their drinks – but also a little out of the way, to ensure that the guests flowed around the private residence, enjoying all the different things that the hosts had put together.
The private party was for around 120 guests – and it is was quite a squeeze getting them all around the mirrored mobile bar! On a serious note, the private party was a grand success, Ace Bar Events were tasked with not only providing the mobile bar, but also two of our best flair bartenders to entertain and indulge the guests, as well as all of the drinks, alcohol, and our highly-rated glassware. With a whole host of cocktails on offer, from Bramble’s to Pina Colada’s, everything was on offer for this private party.
