We had the chance to support a Moroccan themed event in the beautiful village of East Horsely, Surrey, recently for around 400 guests. East Horsley is a village and civil parish in Surrey, England. Just South West of London, East Horsely is in a very desirable location with rail connections into London Waterloo. The village is quintessentially English, centred around a small high street with the rolling hills of the countryside all around – it makes a fantastic location for an event.
The event was for the distinguished Horsley sports club and was set as a Moroccan themed event. Below you can see our Moroccan themed mobile bar, which would fit in perfectly with this theme. Decorated with a beautiful window view on the back display behind the bar, and some fantastic Moroccan artwork on the front of the Moroccan themed mobile bar, this bar is fantastic for any Moroccan, North African or perhaps even an Arabian theme:
We provided a range of services for the event including a number of our professional flair bartenders, who not only served drinks but also provided a range of entertainment for around 400 guests throughout the evening. The event was the Horsley Sports Club Summer Ball and it was working alongside other event professional Azure Events. Our sole aim was to ensure the guests were kept entertained and well watered throughout the evening – and with 400 people to look after this isn’t as simple as it sounds, however the event was a grand success and Horsley Sports Club were very happy with the outcome.
