Easter is a favourite holiday for many people around the UK – for the religious it is an important time, for others it is a time to see family, enjoy the bank holiday and eat lots and lots of chocolate! Well the Easter holiday wouldn’t be complete without Easter eggs now would it! What would the Easter bunny say?! Well we have a few of our very own Easter cocktails and themed cocktails for events that may be a little too much for the Easter bunny but make a perfect addition to any Easter event.

One of the great things about the Easter holiday is the time when it falls most years, which is very close to the spring equinox. Easter is often associated with the incoming Spring season, the birthing of baby lambs, the budding of beautiful flowers and the change in weather. It is also around this time of year that as the weather changes we start to see a lot more events braving the outdoors, inside or outside our themed cocktails for events are perfect for sipping in the sun.

Summer and spring fruits are flavours we would associate with this time of year and as a result we have put together this fantastic Easter cocktail, the Raspberry Ripple:

Recipe: Raspberry Vodka, Creme de Cacao White, Vanilla Syrup, Half & Half, Egg white.

Served in two halves of a chocolate Easter egg. Garnish with fresh raspberries.

Not forgetting that this time is also associated with another strong flavour (chocolate!) we have also put together this beautiful Mocha Martini:

Recipe: Vodka, Coffee Liqueur, Espresso Coffee, Cacao Cream.

Served in a martini glass. Garnish with Oreo dust.
