Gartner Summits are some of the most sought after and renowned networking events in the world. Over the past 4 days the Gartner Data & Analytics Summit has been taking place at the New Intercontinental Hotel at the 02, Greenwich, London. Ace Bar Events put together an exhibition stand using an illuminated mobile bar, complete with logo, for our client software engineers and global company, Information Builders.
Hailed as the worlds most important gathering of CIOs and Senior IT Executives, Gartner Events take place not only in London, but also the UAE, India, Brazil, Japan and South Africa to name a few making exhibition spots at the Gartner Summit always high in demand. As a result it is even more important to make sure that your exhibition is standing out from the crowd.
Working closely with the Information Builders through an external events team, a complete package that has proven over many exhibitions and trade shows to grab the eye and draw large numbers of footfall was put together. The first step was to employ an illuminated mobile bar of ours.
The next step was to ensure we had an offering that was going to appeal to the target audience at this sort of event, so a range of beers were selected to be served. And finally, you need staff to serve these drinks – but not just any staff – flair bartenders! Information Builders opted for Naty on their stand, you can see her in action in a different project we did for Life Water here.
Our illuminated mobile bar is fully customisable, you can have any wording or brand image on the front of the mobile bar in any style or typography. With full DMX control you can change the background colour to any colour on the recognised colour spectrum. We can also take any image you have and implement this on the front of the mobile bar – although we only recommend high resolution images!
