ICE Gaming is a leading global gaming trade show event that takes place every year at the London ExCel. Our client was after groups of professional bar staff to run the drinks service, as well as the inside structures for the bars over the course of the four day event. This included our stainless steel structures with shelving, speed rails, sinks with taps and under counter fridges. Overall we provided 28 metres of bar structures across six different company stands.

Our professional bartenders were there not only to create delicious cocktails, but also to perform their captivating flair moves as they made drinks. Flair brings theatre to the art of cocktail creation and it is a fantastic opportunity to catch a crowd’s attention. Using bottles and shakers to flair and pour, this kind of service creates additional value during your event. A perfect opportunity for trade shows and exhibitions.
