Our Ace Bar Events Marbella office was recently contacted by one of our regular clients who we have been working with for a number of years, to organise a 50th birthday party. This wasn’t going to be just any 50th birthday party however, it was to take place over three days at one of Mallorca’s most exclusive venues La Fortaleza in Pollenca, Mallorca. The venue itself is a residence for a family who will allow it to be used for events a handful of times in the year and is like no other venue in Mallorca. The brief for the entire event was in keeping with the venue, with only the finest catering and the highest quality alcohol and entertainment provided.
As the event took place over 3 days there were varying number of guests. On one particular night there were 60 guests whereas on another there were 150 guests to keep well fed, watered and entertained. The entertainment part is certainly not a challenge for our top flair bartending team, multiple world champions Tomek and Marek. As well as a flair bartending show from two of the greatest showmen in the Flair Bartending scene, we also called in a number of our flair bartenders from our Marbella office to support the event.
Usually we would provide the mobile bar hire Mallorca as well, although in this particular situation we chose to work with something we could source locally, this was also the case with a large amount of the production for the event, which we wholly supported. This included sourcing a PA System, local entertainment, and more using our local knowledge.
Further to our staffing provision and overall event support we also consulted on and designed a bespoke cocktail menu. This included two cocktail creations Mallorca that were entirely unique to the event and even nautically themed to tie in with the venue:
