Event settings and theming can be a costly business, depending on how deep into the theme you are willing to go and the type of setting or theme you want to explore. Our main areas of expertise fall in the areas of mobile bar hire, bartender hire and cocktail creation and masterclasses; however we have recently seen more and more use of our HD freestanding graphic panels for theming and event settings – not just because they represent great value for money.
Just like our mobile bars in the HD Range, our freestanding graphic panels can be created with any imagery, brand or design of your choice (within reason!). This can be great for dotting around the venue to reinforce the theme or decor of the event, behind the mobile bar to create a vista or backdrop that links up with the fascia on the front of the bar, to create a fake wall as above, or even for a bit of fun by creating lifesize images of the hosts or the guests!
Our freestanding graphic panels for event settings can have imagery printed on both sides. As a result they work really well for events such as exhibitions. Italspirits created an exhibition stand using our panels to create a false brick wall on one side (displaying into their stand) and the branding of their drinks partners on the outside, for London Cocktail Week. Featuring a Cocktail Village, with over 300 of the capital’s best bars, London Cocktail Week took place in the heart of Brick Lane with three different areas: Back Yard Market, Brick Lane Yard and The Boiler House all giving you a chance to taste some tipples from the biggest names in mixology.
It was the perfect event for Italspirits to exhibit and by choosing to backlight two of the four panels they were able to instil a really cool visual effect that helped further create the feel of an enclosed brick wall space. You can explore some of the great and different possibilities with our event settings using our special online tool the Ace Bar Configurator. The first of its kind, the Ace Bar Configurator allows you to create a mockup of a mobile bar, event settings panels, or both. Give it a try here.
