Working closely with another event company we were presented with an enchanted forest scenario, as part of this brief we were required to create an enchanted forest bar or enchanted forest themed bar. We often work with other event companies and enjoy providing our expertise in mobile bar hire, bartenders, cocktails and more. The benefactor of our services this time around was a corporate client who was hosting an event at the conference facilities at Centre Parcs, Woburn.
Naturally as we were amongst a real enchanted forest, replicating the beauty in and round the facilities was quite a challenge! Using the brief we were given however, which was limited to dry bar hire of one of our mobile bars with scenic backdrops, it was quite a challenge indeed. We have many different mobile bars at our disposal, those in the Classic Range have original material finishes for the fascia such as craft wood and mirrors of different hues and styles; whereas the HD range can display any brand, or image in front of LED panels that can display a wide range of colours.
After consultation with the client, a joint decision was made to opt for the HD Range with a log effect for the fascia and a forest theme for the backdrops. With subtle white LED lighting behind the imagery it really helped build the enchanted forest bar theme without appearing overpowering. With around 200 guests in attendance we opted for a 5 meter version of our enchanted forest themed bar to ensure enough space on the front bar and infrastructure for behind the bar to serve multiple people simultaneously. As you can see from the below image, all of our mobile bars come with all the added extras included, such as very large ice wells, speed rails, ice buckets and even a fully plumbed tap and sink.
Although our enchanted forest mobile bar was only required as part of a dry bar hire package we are able to provide everything here at Ace Bar Events from the mobile bar itself, through to a bespoke cocktail menu, full staffing with mixologists, flair bartenders, bar backs and more. Our HD backdrops, used this time around to reinforce the enchanted forest feel, can also be hired and placed around the venue featuring imagery of your choice.
