If team morale, employee interaction and client engagement are on your upcoming agenda, then this experience is for you, our mobile cocktail masterclass. We were lucky enough to run a series of nationwide cocktail team building masterclasses, on behalf of agricultural giants Corteva.
Corteva had the aim of running events to enhance their customer relationship management activity with their major clients, during which attendees could undertake different fun and interactive tasks. They wanted to offer activities that allowed people to connect, whilst also offering a positive atmosphere, so our mobile cocktail masterclass was perfect.
The classes were in large groups between 75 – 90 people, working in various managerial and executive roles. For each event, we set up a 4-meter bar with our gold mirrored fascias, to create a feature point whilst still maintaining an air of sophistication. The sessions all kicked off with an opening cocktail to get everyone acquainted and get the energy up. We served up our delicious Bramble, which was presented in our conical flasks to fit in with the scientific nature of the company. From there we dove into our introduction to mixology session!
The sessions commence with a little background knowledge and demonstration from our host, about how to create a great cocktail. This includes choices of ingredients, balancing out flavours and essential bartending techniques such as shaking and straining. Individuals were chosen to make, shake and pour their own cocktails. We even teach them how to flair! Once a little friendly competition is added, the sessions are really away!
These mobile cocktail masterclasses are a great way to enhance employee and client engagement, enhancing interaction through a fun and informal way. Our bars pack away into flight cases, ensuring a completely stress-free event, and allowing us easy access to all sorts of locations.
