Brief:

Pure Events contacted us with a day-to-night employee summer party event for a corporate client. The brief was to provide an inclusive service, providing a range of drinks including pimms, spirits / mixers, wine and beer. The decor needed to be upbeat and colourful, fitting into a fun ‘Dancing Through the Decades’ theme. This event also called for a huge focus on sustainability and carbon footprint.

Solution:

We provided two 6 meter bars, with HD, edge-to-edge graphics. We provided a full team of professional bartenders, along with stock and chiller trailers. For our sustainability considerations, we encouraged reuse of all plastic cups which were fully recyclable, along with the use of compostable straws and napkins. For a low carbon footprint, our staff were required to use public transport and we used local suppliers where possible.
