We have recently launched a new cocktails for events menu here at Ace Bar Events, which encompasses some of our all time favourites, a few classics and some new and exciting creations! We made sure to cater to a wide variety of needs with our new cocktail menu, including the return of classics such as the Smokey Sour and contemporary classics such as the Porn Star Martini , some original recipes in the form of the Redhead and the St Patricks Day (perfect for this time of year), as well as a couple of variations such as the Amarspresso Martini (a variation on the espresso martini).
Our wide ranging team of professional mixologists came together to design a menu of over 40 different cocktails for events, 5 of which we have covered in greater detail below:
Red Head
50ml of Mezcal, 10ml Strawberry Puree, 10ml Cinnamon Syrup, 25ml Lime Juice, 2 dashes Peychaud Bitters
Shake and Strain with cubed ice, Served in a rocks glass. Garnish with a strawberry and cinnamon dusting.
St Patricks Day
50ml Guinness, 25ml Appleton special rum, 12.5ml Chocolate Syrup, 12.5ml Creme de Cacao (dark)
Shake with cubed ice and fine strain. Garnish with barley and coffee beans.
Porn Star Martini
40ml Vanilla Vodka, 12.5ml Passoa Liqueur, 20ml Vanilla Syrup, 5ml Passionfruit Puree, 25ml Lime Juice, 15ml Egg White, 1 Passion Fruit
Shake and fine strain. Garnish with half a passion fruit and Prosecco.
Smokey Sour
60ml Laphroaig Whisky, 40ml Lemon Juice, 20ml White Sugar Syrup, Egg white
Shake and Dry Shake. Garnish with bitter lime foam.
Amarspresso Martini
37.5ml Vodka, 12.5ml Kahlua, 30ml Espresso Coffee, 15ml Amaretto Syrup
Shake and fine strain. Garnish with 3 coffee beans and an Amaretto biscuit.
