We are certainly involved in more exhibition and trade shows than you would expect as a mobile bar hire and events company. This is mainly due to our mobile bars being a fantastic alternative to traditional exhibition stands, not to mention usually more cost effective too. This time around it was the HT White Distribution Show in the Brighton Dome, and the exhibition stand/mobile bar was for the UK arm of hugely popular creator of cocktail purees and syrups, ODK. This served Ace Bar Events as a perfect opportunity for us to demonstrate our mobile bar hire in Brighton.
We offer all of our clients the option to store their mobile bar configurations after the particular event has been completed, this is to ensure if we work together again in the future we can keep your costs nice and low, as well as being ready to go at a moments notice keeping that all important lead time to a minimum. This is what ODK opted to do. Having worked with them previously we stored their fantastic branded bar fronts, fitting these over the LED panels on a 2 meter mobile bar for this particular exhibition.
As a distributor show, all of the individual brands that make up HT White’s catalogue were all exhibiting, allowing customers and users of HT White’s service to discover everything on offer. With over 600 people in attendance it was a fairly busy event, naturally the ODK brand owners (who were manning the ODK mobile bar) had a lot going on, from all manner of cocktail creation to flair bartending from a multiple world champion flair bartender!
Our mobile bars pack away basically to flat pack, the Ace Bar Events team will turn up on the day to sort out, set up and take care of all the branding. Within an hour and at a lower cost than a unique branded exhibition stand, the ODK mobile bar and exhibition stand was ready to go.
Mobile bar hire in Brighton would not usually be used in exhibition and trade shows, however as the bar had our LED backlighting (as many of our mobile bar options do) it did mean the stand stood out from almost every other stand at the show. With some clever design on the front of the mobile bar and the high quality LED lighting behind, these mobile bars really are quite the crowd stopper, as you can see below:
