Walders are a specialist brand of creamy liqueur, specialising in two liqueurs: Scotch & Coffee and Vanilla & Vodka (pictured below), and were exhibiting at the largest Kosher events show of the year, the KFWE (Kosher Food & Wine Exhibition). What make’s there creamy liqueur so special is the fact that actually it contains no cream! That’s right it is a dairy-free creamy liqueur, despite being dairy free Walders have honed the recipe for many years to achieve the well balanced beverage they have today, which mixes perfectly with cocktails such as a Rum Punch and a Berry Smash!
Every year Ace Bar Events are very proud to represent Walders at the Kosher Food & Wine Expo, which once again took place at the Sheraton Hotel, Park Lane, London. Located in the heart of Mayfair in London, The Sheraton is one of the UK’s most famous Art Deco hotels – originally constructed in the 1920’s.
The Kosher event was attended by a few hundred guests and boasted over 200 wines from over 30 producers to taste, amongst various spirits and liqueurs, such as Walders, coming from countries such as France, Spain, USA, New Zealand, the UK and Finland! In addition to that there was also a fantastic food buffet and a cocktail bar. Our role was to man the Walders stand creating cocktails and enticing in tasters. We provided one of our best Mixologists who created various specialist recipes using Walders as the main ingredient, as well as providing any brand information the potential consumers required.
At Ace Bar Events we have been involved in Kosher events, such as the KFWE, for many years and are highly sensitive to the requirements for such events. For example, on the Walders stand at the KFWE 2016 our Mixologist was provided with all brand new bar tools, glassware, and clothing to ensure that all materials used, or which could come into contact with, the preparation process were also Kosher.
