Our London mobile bar hire team were in action recently on the unique Old Compton Street in Soho. Called in by a corporate client to support a summer party, networking event it wasn’t only our London mobile bar hire that was required but also our mixologist hire London and London flair bartender hire. Rushes are a production company based in London who specialise in virtual special effects. The event was to celebrate the end to the summer, with over 200 guests in attendance from employees to suppliers, industry professionals and more.
The chosen event was a cocktail party, with a central mobile bar and a custom cocktail menu designed by ourselves and the client prior to the event. The event took place towards the back of the Rushes offices on Old Compton Street where they have a large terraced area. The location proved to be very challenging and it was essential that we used our fully portable mobile bar hire system.
All of our mobile bars are able to downsize to fit into flight cases, fitting together in modules. As a result we can get our mobile bars into the tightest of spaces or up the smallest of stairs, perfect for some of the older streets in London. Access could have quite easily been an issue with this event as there were many narrow doorways and staircases to navigate. We often perform site visits prior to the event and this particular event was no different. It is important to visit the site to understand the space we have to work with, as well as which of the mobile bars would fit best in the setting.
Our Grass Effect HD bar was identified as the best fit mobile bar from our London mobile bar hire selection. Manned by two of our best bartenders from our mixologist hire London, the roughly 200 guests were well watered all night – although it wasn’t just water that they were drinking! The cocktails chosen included our famous Cardamon Glory, a Margarita and the Thyme to (Man)go.
