In association with our good friends at Vanilla Bean Catering we were hired to be the ying to their yang at a recent event for Chelsea Football Club. Vanilla Bean Catering provide an array of fantastic foods and catering staff whereas we provide mobile bar hire and all associated drinks, staffing and support.
On this particular occasion the event was at Chelsea Football Club’s training ground in Cobham, Surrey, and was a celebration for one of the player’s children – centre stage was our grass fronted mobile bar alongside one of our professional flair bartenders and polycarbonate glassware hire.
With over 200 guests at the daytime event at Chelsea FC training ground, including many of the players, their families and friends – the atmosphere was very buoyant considering Chelsea had clinched the Premier League title at West Bromwich the night before.
Our polycarbonate glassware hire was a perfect fit for this event alongside our football themed mobile bar, as it ensured that nobody had to worry about broken glass causing injury to any of the children or players – especially considering there was a lot of footballs flying around and children in bare feet!

The grass fronted mobile bar looked great against the backdrop of the beautifully curated Chelsea FC training pitches and was a specific choice by the client for this very reason. In total the sports themed mobile bar was 5 meter in length with returns and alongside our football themed mobile bar hire we also provided one of our professional flair bartenders to not only serve drinks but entertain as well. In addition, the cocktail team here at Ace Bar Events put together a mouth watering range of summer cocktails, including non-alcoholic versions, for everyone to enjoy.
