We have been having some fantastic weather in the UK recently, perhaps even a Summer (of sorts!). This good weather held out over the recent weekend where we were in Oxshott, Surrey providing full bar support for the Danes Hill School Summer Ball.
Danes Hill is widely recognised as one of the leading co-educational day preparatory schools in the country. Situated in the village of Oxshott, Surrey, Danes Hill provides boys and girls aged 3 to 13 with an unusually broad and balanced curriculum in 55 acres of landscaped grounds. The Summer Ball is an event put on each year for all the parents, staff and other adults involved in the day to day running of the school.
Full Bar Support
We felt privileged to be invited back for the third year in a row to provide event and full bar support for the Danes Hill School Summer Ball, as aforementioned we have done the event for the past three years, with this year pulling the biggest number yet – with well over 500 guests.
Our full bar support service included specially constructed cocktails such as Espresso Martinis, Margaritas, Cosmopolitans and giant sized sharing cocktails, as well as a rather large LED mobile bar, and a couple of our best flair bartenders, mixologists and waitresses!
Our full range of drinks and staffing services were very well received (well there certainly wasn’t much drink left!). In addition to this we also teamed up with our good friends at Table Art who provided these fantastic centrepieces which you can see below:
