Over the recent weekend where we were in the beautiful 18th Century Landscape Garden, Painshill Park, Cobham providing events bar support services for the Rowan Hill School Ball. Rowan Hill is widely recognised as one of the leading educational day preparatory schools in the county. Situated in Claygate, Esher, Rowan Hill schools girls aged 3 to 13. The School Ball is an event put on each year for all the parents, staff and other adults involved in the day to day running of the school.
The ball was attended by approximately 250 guests and it was our job to make sure each and everyone of these guests were happy and satisfied, from a drinks perspective, all evening. We brought along a few of our best Mixologists who created a range of cocktails all evening, including something rather large sharing cocktails for some of the tables (pictured above).
It was part of our brief to deliver a bottle service to all guests, such as a selection of wines and champagnes, as well as up-sell where possible to generate more sales for the client. Our full range of drinks and staffing services were very well received, by all, as there certainly wasn’t a lot left by the end of the evening!
