We are event planners in Cambridge, essentially what we do is help you organise your event – bringing together all the moving parts and ensuring the day (or night!) runs smoothly and successfully. Our event planner services are enlisted for a variety of celebrations, from private parties, to summer balls, and all manner of charity events and fundraisers.

A fantastic example of our event planners Cambridge service took place in 2014 for the Brazilian World Cup. The brief was to plan and create a party for friends and family in the grounds of the client’s fantastic new home. Several concepts were discussed before we decide on a ‘Carnival!’ theme, authentically Brazilian in every way. Everything was sourced directly through us, from some of our own mobile bar’s and flair bartenders and mixologists, through to the organising of other agencies who provided live music, an authentic Brazilian BBQ and a full fairground! Although the event was Brazilian themed due to the World Cup being hosted in Brazil that year, the support for England was just as strong as usual. All of the food and drink were changed to match the football and the lighting depicted the red and white of the St George’s cross! Take a look at the video and some images of the event below:

Furthermore, our event planner services in Cambridge were called upon very recently for the Cambridge University Trinity May Ball and St. Catherine’s Ball. We provided a number of our mobile bar’s to support the overall event as well as helping organise and plan how the evenings were going to unfurl. Both evening ball’s were fantastic with some guests arriving in horse drawn carriages (pictured below). The range of drinks on offer were fantastic, we served everything from VK’s to Möet et Chandon.  The event culminated in a fantastic fireworks display, as well as a performance from world renowned DJ Sigma. Overall the event was a grand success!
