Ace Bar Events were very happy and excited to be invited back to Silverstone for another Moto GP, after supporting Moto GP 2015 successfully in the previous year. As you may know from some our previous blog posts we have been invited to support many events at Silverstone in the past, including the British F1 Grand Prix and the Silverstone Classic for the British Racing Drivers Club. This time around we were invited back to provide a variety of services, including 2 LED mobile bar’s, a huge 6 meter bar with returns for the Wing, as well as staff for the BRDC clubhouse bars.
Above and below you can see our fantastic 6 meter long painted brick effect mobile bar with all associated speed rails, cleaning stations, ice stores and more. This bar was hired under our dry bar hire package, meaning that the bar and all equipment were supplied – however, the BRDC chose to supply their own staff and refreshments to serve from the bar. The 6 meter mobile bar was situated in the wonderful Silverstone hospitality area that overlooks the pit lane, The Wing.
We also supplied two of our mobile bar hire favourites in the form of the Union Jack mobile bar, one 4 meter LED mobile bar and one 2 meter LED mobile bar – which you can see below. These were also supplied under our dry bar hire into the BRDC’s renowned Woodcote Suite, ensuring the BRDC had everything they needed to keep each and everyone of their guests happy – minus the alcohol of course!
Some of the people we work with like to provide their own drinks and refreshments, this is where our dry bar hire service comes in – however, we usually provide the full mobile bar hire package including all alcohol, bars, associated props and refreshments (including your very own bespoke cocktail selection if you please).
Alongside our mobile bars, we also provided the BRDC clubhouse with some of our professional bartenders and catering staff to manage their own fixed bars. We are also very happy to just provide staffing for fixed bars, as we have done before for the BRDC at Silverstone for the Silverstone Classic – only a few weeks ago. Although, our dry bar hire was the keener focus to ensure that all guests and members across the clubhouse, the Woodcote suite, and The Wing were kept happy and well watered!
