As an extension to our popular cocktail boxes, which grant you all the ingredients to make professional-quality cocktails at home, we are now offering a small party cocktail bar to hire.
Our small party cocktail bar is designed specifically for small gatherings of 20-30 people, which with the current limitations on large events is what many of our summer shindigs are most likely to be. As many of you will know, we specialise in mobile bar hire and providing the full service that goes with it, including all the drinks and professional mixologists to prepare them for you. Our DIY cocktail bar is a new option that gives you the opportunity to have your very own cocktail bar and professional handmade cocktails, at a much lower cost compared to a large bar and bartender hire.
Our DIY cocktail bars have been designed to be simple and ready to go. No bartending knowledge is required, simply grab the bar tools provided, follow the instructions on how to prepare each cocktail and get going! Prior to the event, we deliver the DIY cocktail bar, along with all the barware, glasses, ice and ready-to-shake cocktails. Everything is fully sanitised before we leave and once the party has come to an end, simply leave the dirty glasses in the trays and the barware on the bar and we will do the rest.
If you find shaking, pouring and garnishing your own cocktails fun, then one of our DIY cocktail bars is what you need at your next party. We have 7 different cocktails to choose from, just decide how many of each you would like, our professional mixologists back at Ace Bar Events HQ will prepare and bottle them for you. All you have to do is pour the desired amount into your cocktail tin, add the ice, shake, pour and garnish!
Prices start from £30 per head, inclusive of VAT, however, if you want to add draught beer or bottled drinks to the bar then this is possible too. Our draught beer machines allow you to pour ice-cold pints and our integrated fridges can be added to the bar to accommodate everything from champagne and prosecco, to bottled beers and soft drinks.
Your customisation options aren’t limited to just behind the bar, you can also customise the front of the bar too! Our HD mobile bars allow for any high definition image to be positioned on the front, this could be a scene or image of your choice, or perhaps writing such as a personalised sign reading ‘Chloe’s 30th birthday’ or ‘Adam’s bar’.
