Siemens are of course a multinational conglomerate company who operate mainly in Industry, Energy, Healthcare, Infrastructure and Cities; our task was to host a very special Cocktail Reception for a number of highly valued Siemens clients. The event took place at the famous Aveqia in London, and we had the pleasure of conducting it.
A number of molecular cocktails were specially created for the event, to reflect Siemens own forward thinking approach to technology. Each guest was shown exactly how to make each of the cocktails, the history behind the cocktail and the delicate selection of ingredients that go into them, and most importantly a rather lengthy taste test!
Even famous, 2 star Michelin Chef Michel Roux Jr made an appearance at the event sharing with us a few of his gourmet secrets and some exciting palette combinations.The cocktails that everyone was tasked with making and tasting, were as follows:
Hibiscus Glory Fizz served with Lemon sherbet, popping candy and crystallised Lilac flowers
