The Capital Summertime Ball is the UK’s biggest summer party and our objective was to provide an all inclusive service for their VIP Green Room. We built a branded 4 metre bar on the premises. This was printed with Capital’s bespoke design and branding, specifically for the Summertime Ball event. We also had drinks menus printed to match.
For the drinks service we had three of our flair bartenders making a variety of cocktails and pouring perfect pints. The cocktails of choice on the day were Rum Ruff, Wildberry & Elderflower Collins, Raspberry Paloma, Whiskey Iced Tea Collins and Solero. Alongside these drinks we also had a selection of soft drinks including Coca Cola, Schweppes lemonade and tonic water, fruit juices and soda water.
We worked with East London Liquor Company, Chairman’s Reserve, Vivir and Spearhead to provide fantastic spirit & mixers throughout the day.
