Here at Ace Bar Events there is a lot we can do to support your event and make sure it goes as smoothly and successfully as possible. However, what we really specialise in is mobile bar hire, in particular branded mobile bars. Over the years we have put together some fantastic branded mobile bars for all manner of events, including award ceremonies, AGM’s, celebrations and even as exhibition stands!
SAP SE
Our most recent client for a branded mobile bar was SAP SE, German software giant (please see above). The event took place near their head office in Heathrow and was held as a kick-starter to the New Year for their employees. There were around 150 people in attendance and the theme of the event was ‘Stay Curious’. As an events company we are quite often asked to fulfil or support a theme for the event in question and this theme was certainly one of the most interesting we have been involved in. Working with another events organiser we helped create the ‘Stay Curious’ theme, which is tied to the SAP SE ethos. The whole event was designed to encourage their employees to continue to challenge rules of thumb, wherever they may find them.
Our input to this theme was of course tied into our service. We created an experience where each person would have the opportunity to guess the ingredients in their pre-made cocktail, encouraging curiosity in a more novel way perhaps. Furthermore each person also had the opportunity to make a brand new cocktail on a time trial basis. They were invited behind the bar, told what ingredients they must use and the measurements, and then told to make the cocktail as quickly as possible. We had a leaderboard running throughout the event and the guests had great fun trying to get to the top!
ODK Mixers UK
This branded mobile bar was for ODK UK at the Whitbread AGM is one of our largest branded mobile bars to date. Not only were we asked to support the overall event with mobile bar services, but also staffing and a vast selection of beverages! In addition to the branded mobile bar we provided a couple of our best flair bartenders and mixologists who provided expertly crafted cocktails all evening for around 900 guests.
The flair bartenders and mixologists did a superb job, the mobile bar worked perfectly, and if we may say so, looked spectacular! This mobile bar framework system which you see in the accompanying photos can be customised to any brand or business.
Heidsieck & Co Monopole
If size is an issue we can also do branding on a smaller scale such as this branded mobile bar for Heidieck & Co Monopole during the Aviva Tour of Britain 2015. Our client Heidsieck & Co Monopole were one of the many companies tasked with providing hospitality to the thousands of attendees and they came to us to set up a branded mobile bar on the route. As pictured in-situ above, the bespoke bars were designed with the Heidsieck & Co’s branding in mind and they were situated at various stages along the route, providing an array of cold beverages and of course the all important Monopole champagne!
