We have been working on something very special over the past months here at Ace Bar Events. Our range of original cocktails have always been a very popular part of our service and we have been experimenting with a plethora of new flavours and spirits to bring you something even better than before.
Coupled with our new inclusive options, these cocktails include some new concoctions you may have never tried before as well as some eclectic twists on the classic cocktails we all know and love. Our original cocktail creations will still be available, so if you have enjoyed an event with us before, fear not – your favourites can still be requested.
Alongside some new additions to our cocktail menu, we are also introducing three different inclusive options for planning your event. We have tried to make the event organisation process as simple and as streamlined as possible, so each of our three new inclusive options comes with its own cocktail menu and range of included features. We will be bringing you more details on our inclusive options soon. The new cocktails you see below are included in the Pétrus option:
These cocktails only use some of the finest ingredients available. The preparation of your cocktails starts days before the event is due to take place, including homemade syrups, cured garnishes and more. What is certain, is that you and your guests will remember these cocktails for a long time to come… Here is a taste of what to expect:
Britalian Spritz
The Britalian Spritz has been curated to merge the best of Britain and the best of Italy, resulting in the perfect spritz to quaff at any occasion. A tempting blend of the Italicus Bergamot and Kamms and Son British aperitif, harmonised with bitter sea Buckthorn soda and English sparkling wine.
Chocolate Pecan Pie Old Fashioned
A glorious meeting of pecan pie and the old fashioned. This cocktail is a fusion of some top-rate American imports, with homemade pecan and cinnamon-infused Bourbon, stirred with chocolate wine and aromatic Brazilian bitters. Sumptuously presented on a single, crystal clear ice cube.
The Conquistador
This unique and stunning margarita style drink will tingle your tongue and awaken your senses! Featuring homemade premium silver Tequila, infused with coriander and combined with pineapple, jalapeno, fresh agave, Mexican limes and our signature smokey spiced salt.
