We had the pleasure of hosting an event at the Genome Wellcome Campus in Cambridge recently, involving our cocktail experience Cambridge for a team building event. Working with a private client in the shape of a scientific company we were asked to put together an exclusive cocktail experience, themed around what the business does on an everyday basis. As a pharmaceutical company much of what they do is based around discovering natural medicines through research into various forms of flora, naturally this took all of our imagination to create the cocktails for this Cambridge team building experience.
In addition to the cocktail experience we provided everything else required including this beautiful wooden, white wash effect mobile bar from our Classic Range. Much of the team building event takes place behind the bar and the guests also get a chance to get behind their when it comes to the cocktail making.
As well as mobile bar hire, we provide a lot of event support in the shape of flair bartenders, mixologists, bar backs, catering staff and more. For this Cambridge team building experience we had two of our most experienced mixologists on site. As part of the cocktail experience the guests are given a short background and history on the chosen cocktails, followed by various demonstrations, a chance to have a go at the cocktail creations themselves as well as some head-to-head team competitions!
As this team building experience was taking place for a pharmaceutical company, as you can imagine the guests involved were all scientists of various kinds. When it came to the cocktail creation section of the team building experience we certainly had some interesting creations, albeit no combustion! Thankfully. With about 40 people in attendance for this team building event, this represents a good size for everyone to get involved and stay engaged.
We can perform our cocktail experiences in conference space, providing the bar, all drinks, barware and staff; or set up behind a fixed bar using equipment and drinks already provided. As with most of our event support services we pride ourselves on our high quality of service and flexibility.
