As an events company we have the great pleasure of being involved in all sorts of different events. These can range from huge Corporate celebrations, to award ceremonies and concerts, alcohol tasting experiences and cocktail creations, as well as a fair amount of private parties. This time around it was another private party, which involved our log themed mobile bar hire in Twickenham, flair bartenders to man the bar, the entire stock for behind the bar and a bespoke choice of cocktails.
The time the mobile bar hire in Twickenham consisted of our fantastic looking log themed mobile bar, with a bluebell backdrop. The front of the bar is often a fantastic way of setting a theme, or tying one of the focal point’s of any event into its surroundings, however, the backdrop adds another edge. It is also LED backlit (like the front of the mobile bar), and it really adds a whole new level to the visual effect of the mobile bar. This particular setting of logs and a field of bluebells were chosen by the client to tie in with the surrounding trees and flora, as this particular bar was situated on a private terrace in their back garden overlooking the River Thames and the fantastic Richmond Bridge.
The private event was a fantastic 50th birthday celebration with roughly 45 guests in attendance, as such we recommended are 2 meter bar along with flair bartenders to support. Our flair bartenders are a fantastic addition as not only do they get the drinks out in a timely and professional manner but they also provide an extra element of entertainment, as they flick and flip bottles and glasses around behind the bar. We had two of our most professional flair bartenders for this event, including a UK flair champion.
We are often asked to build cocktail menus for our clients events, and you will see from previous blog’s where we have even designed cocktails from scratch specifically for the brand whose event it is. This time the client picked a list of cocktails that they would like to be on offer to their guests, these included Espresso Martini’s, Negroni’s, and the English Country Garden – very fitting!
