Mobile Bar Hire for Events: Bringing Huel’s Avatar-Inspired Party to Life
When it comes to creating an unforgettable event, every detail matters. From the atmosphere and entertainment to the drinks being served, the most successful events are those where everything comes together to tell a story.
At Ace Bar Events, we believe a bar should be more than somewhere to order a drink. It should be part of the experience.
Our recent return to Huel for their late summer party was the perfect example of how mobile bar hire for events can combine creative design, bespoke branding and exceptional cocktail service to bring an imaginative theme to life.
Bespoke Mobile Bar Hire: A World Inspired by Avatar
Having worked with Huel previously, we were delighted to be invited back to provide the bars and cocktails for their late summer celebration.
This time, the brief was something a little different.
Inspired by the visually spectacular world of Avatar, the event called for a bar that would complement the immersive atmosphere and become part of the overall experience.
Our solution? Bespoke illuminated bar fronts, designed to work with the event’s theme and create an eye-catching feature within the venue.
Rather than simply positioning a standard bar in the space, we used our adaptable mobile bar system to help bring the creative vision to life.
The illuminated fascias added another dimension to the design, while our professional bartenders kept the cocktails flowing throughout the evening.
The result was a bar that looked the part while delivering everything needed for a busy corporate celebration.
Mobile Bar Hire That Goes Beyond the Ordinary
One of the biggest advantages of choosing Ace Bar Events for mobile bar hire is the flexibility of our collection.
Every event is different, and we don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach.
Whether you’re organising a corporate summer party, brand activation, product launch, exhibition or private celebration, your bar should reflect the occasion.
Our extensive collection includes everything from elegant mirrored bars and contemporary fluted designs to rustic wooden bars and completely bespoke creations.
For clients looking to make a real impact, our bespoke bar hire service allows us to incorporate illuminated panels, branded fascias, themed backdrops and creative finishes.
Want your bar to match your company branding? We can do that.
Planning an immersive themed event? We can help bring the concept to life.
Looking for something completely unexpected? That’s where things get interesting.
With Ace Bar Events, your imagination doesn’t have to stop at the bar.
Beautiful Bars. Serious Functionality.
Of course, creating a spectacular-looking bar is only half the story.
Behind every Ace Bar Events design is a fully functional professional bar system, built to deliver efficient service throughout your event.
Our bars feature professional equipment including insulated ice wells, speed rails and practical service areas, ensuring that our bartenders have everything they need to work efficiently.
This is particularly important for larger corporate events, where a beautifully designed bar still needs to keep up with demand.
For Huel’s party, our bespoke illuminated bar fronts provided the visual impact, while the professional bar setup and cocktail service ensured guests could enjoy drinks throughout the evening.
Because a bar should work just as beautifully as it looks.
Bespoke Bar Hire for Corporate Events and Brand Activations
For brands and event agencies, the bar offers an exciting opportunity to extend an event’s identity.
Think beyond a simple drinks station.
Imagine a bar wrapped in your company’s branding, illuminated in your event colours or designed to complement an entire creative concept.
Our bespoke mobile bar hire service can help turn that vision into reality.
We regularly work with event planners, creative agencies and corporate clients to deliver bars that feel like a natural extension of their event.
From fully branded exhibition bars to luxury cocktail installations and themed corporate celebrations, we can provide everything from dry hire mobile bars to a complete drinks service with professional bartenders.
And because we hold an extensive collection of mobile bars, we can often use our existing designs as the foundation for something entirely unique.
